GET TO KNOW  COCO –  THE BASKETBALL GUY

MANILA, Philippines – “Coco”   25 years old stands 5″11′  tall is  the first DAVAO CITY’s   representative to the world’s prestigious pageant searching for the most attractive men across continents, Mister United Continents Philippines 2015.

A Graduate of Bachelor of  Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management at  POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE OF DAVAO DEL SUR used to be an active  Basketball player in their school.

” One reason I love basketball is because you need only yourself to play the game or, you can play with teammates” he said.He prefer to have others to play with rather than just playing alone.

For “COCO  ” there is not only one word that he can describe basketball. He  meet tons of people and he is  able to play with his  friends for hours without getting one thought of boredom.

HIS ADVOCACY : Home for the Aged believes in the Christian Philosophy of life. Care is the responsibility of every man. Every human being is unique and special creature with equal opportunity to the fullness of life. Lots of aged in the country are deprived for a decent living and are experiencing inhumane existence. The dream of having a Home for the Aged is meant to fight this social injustice. He  take part in building a truly humane society in any way he can. He aim to promote social justice and Filipino culture of love amidst global crisis by providing support for the integral development of  elderly especially those who are neglected, abandoned, and least fortunate

GOING DEEPER WITH COCO 

Coco has also the passion for music. He was a former member of CHORALE GROUP CHOIR -MMC DAVAO MMC CHOIR

His  MARY MEDIATRIX CHURCH (MMC) Family help him a lot to have stints in singing as a source of living in some  weddings,  burial services every week   since he was a bread winner of his  family since fourth year high school .

Coming from the kind of background, it pushed him to be overly provoked and to overachieve. He took every chance he could clutch his hands on. He said: “criticism can hurt, but the important thing is to admit the pain. It was painful, but I learned things the hard way. I got used to denunciation early on, even back in the days when I was still studying and working part time.”

From a short phone interview yesterday . He said obedience was the seal of his childhood. He described his step father as a strict disciplinarian, and his mother imposing the religious prohibitions.

Coco did not  come from a well-off  family. He  work so hard to finish his  studies and supported himself during his college days where he  was working as a waiter in  a Hotel in de crisbelle in Digos City during  his vacant time.

At 25 years old, Coco has already his own business and bought some lot to build his dream house.
